1 TIMOTHY 4:12

As I type, my heart feels overwhelmed with love. I am a daughter the living King, I am a wife to the most generous, loving man ever, and the mother of three amazing children.

For the last couple of weeks, my children have unknowingly challenged me in my faith. Their flame is clearly brightening daily. As a parent, when you see your children on fire for the Lord, it does something to your inner soul!

A while ago Pastor Mat said in a sermon, that,"Just because a person hasn't been walking with Christ as long as you have, doesn't mean that you can't learn from them."

My daughters friends call her or message her for advice or comfort with whatever might be going on in their lives, and to see her in the room, with her bible open sharing the Lords love makes my heart overwhelmed with love and happiness!

When my daughter just cannot WAIT until church, or when my son has been more kind to his sisters, and attentive to us while his dad's away at work. A mother begins to take notice. What's happening here is; their hearts are being conditioned on the premise that when they live for God they should not only talk the talk but also walk the walk.

I've been challenged to fuel my flame brighter than it has been. I'm sure I'm not the only one who sometimes goes through a season where the flame you once had seems to dim. What with world news, time concerns, emotional issues, work, the list of distractions could go on and on.

I thank the Lord for using my children as a tool in my life, In him I will find rest.

God Bless Family!
